Being a trained TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) teacher,
Rachel is currently running a programme in nearby Thetford which aims to provide
migrant workers (Russians, Polish and Portuguese) with the basics of the English language
and tries to help them integrate more fully with the local community

In her spare time, she has been busy in the garden
and has discovered her creative side through card-making and scrapbooking
