We met in 2003 through our local church, Cambridge Vineyard, and starting going out in March 2004. A year to the day later (on a surprise weekend break away to the Isle of Man) we got engaged and were married on the 7th January 2006
at Selwyn College Chapel in Cambridge
We are both interested in international matters,
international development and, most of all, international people.
Rachel has spent six months living in Albania and just over a year in Paraguay as a teacher. Paul has also taught in China for three months
and worked with the Peru Children's Trust for five weeks.

We are currently living in Birmingham (UK), where we are training with Baptist Mission Society (BMS) as part of their mid-term volunteer programme which will take us overseas for between 2 and 4 years. With the support of our home church, Gateway Vineyard in Norwich (UK), we hope to move overseas early in 2008 to Peru to get involved in post-earthquake reconstruction work in the small coastal city of Chincha.
